Yoga 101

As a one-time 90-minute class, a series of classes or as a private session(s), explore the fundamental postures that are frequently taught in most classes.  Yoga 101 offers a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and take the time to explore each posture.  Contact Shanna or Robin for scheduling.
