Yoga 101As a one-time 90-minute class, a series of classes or as a private session(s), explore the fundamental postures that are frequently taught in most classes. Yoga 101 offers a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and take the time to explore each posture. Contact Shanna or Robin for scheduling. The following are some of the postures we explore during our Yoga 101 workshop. Please review our Health Advisory prior to practicing these postures.
